First UU Committees or Teams and individuals may use the following form to indicate their interest in Festival space for either: a) church fundraising; b) creative interactive / hands-on activity; c) passive display of creative items; or d) individual sales.  

Church Committee or Team Fundraising
Any First UU Committee or Team that wishes to either raise funds for the Capital Campaign or raise funds for their own Committee/Team at the Festival should designate a single individual (preferrably the Chair or Co-Chair) to sign up on its behalf.       

A centralized check-out station accepting cash, checks, or credit cards MUST be used for any church-related fundraising during the Festival.  All funds will be deposited into First UU's bank account and distributed to official reserve accounts based on invoices collected at the festival. 

Individual Sales 
Individuals who wish to donate their creative items to benefit First UU should coordinate with the leadership of either the Capital Campaign or other First UU Committee or Team, but may indicate below if they need assistance contacting the appropriate leaders.   

As space allows, individuals will be allowed to sell items for their own personal gain, but only in a way that will protect First UU's non-profit status.  A flat vendor fee will be required and will benefit the organizing Committee (i.e., the Capital Campaign).  The required flat fee will be established by event coordinators in consultation with First UU leadership; details will be shared soon with interested congregants who want to participate as private vendors.
